Moonberry Tech, LLC respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from our services.
What Data We Delete
Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently delete:
- Your account and profile information
- All user-generated content associated with your account
- Activity history and usage logs tied to your identity
- Any stored preferences or settings
What We May Retain
We may retain certain data after deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
- Transaction records required for tax or legal compliance
- Backup copies for up to 30 days before permanent removal
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to privacy@moonberrytech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
Processing Time
- We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
- Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of verification.
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
In-App Deletion
Some of our apps offer account deletion directly within the app settings. Where available, this is the fastest way to delete your account and data.
